So!

Two of my regular weekly customers are a dad and his little boy. They’re such nice people, and the little boy comes in every single week and talks my ear off about the DC/Marvel Amalgam Universe he’s creating. Meshing two characters, each from the different publisher, to make one super awesome character.

What I’ve noticed though, is that a lot of the women on the list seemed to be meshed together according to who the counterpoint to their boyfriend is dating.

For example, Green Arrow and Hawkeye are meshed, so that means Black Canary and Mockingbird are meshed, and he specifically said that it was because they each date an archer.

Both his father and I pointed out that the ladies, like the men, should be meshed according to their attributes and not their boyfriends, and I told him that I would make up my own list of Amalgams to share with him.

The problem is, I don’t have a whole lot of time on my hands to think up smushed together superheroes, and the only one I’ve come up with so far is Supergirl/Magik. Because I would pay good money to a Kryptonian Queen of Limbo. Stolen from Krypton by Belasco before the planet went up, and trained in the bowels of the underworld with possibly a Kryptonite Soul Sword whose effects she is mystically protected from.

So tumblr! Help me out here! What superheroes and heroines would you like to see smooshed up together?
